Palm Cove is a pretty seaside village with a promenade stretching along the beach, whilst Port Douglas, a little further north sits on Four Mile Beach and offers a great choice of accommodation and dining, its also a great base from which to explore Cape Tribulation and the Daintree Rainforest.
